📋 Description

• Develop and maintain statistical and Machine Learning models applied to business problems • Contribute to generating insights and high-impact analytical solutions • Work autonomously across the full data science lifecycle, from exploration through deployment • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams • Support operational and tactical decision-making based on structured and unstructured data • Develop, train, and validate predictive and descriptive models • Apply statistical and Machine Learning techniques to identify patterns and trends relevant to the business • Translate business requirements and problems into clear, objective analytical questions • Propose technical approaches and independently implement solutions • Support Data Engineering in structuring, transforming, and cleaning data • Document the model lifecycle, including logic, assumptions, versions, parameters, and validation results • Monitor the performance and accuracy of deployed models, identifying the need for adjustments or retraining • Develop dashboards and data visualizations • Define and track performance metrics for analytical solutions • Collaborate with business, engineering, and product teams • Report project progress, results, and challenges to leadership • Support and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and information security practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Data Scientist • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, or information technology • Practical experience with Python applied to data science • Knowledge of Machine Learning libraries and frameworks • Knowledge of Generative AI project development, including LLMs and agents • Professional training or formal education in Data-related fields • Experience in the logistics and transportation sectors is preferred
