📋 Description

• Respond to RFx opportunities and pursuits, including proposal development, presentation materials, oral presentations and demonstration coordination • Support pursuit owners and bid managers throughout the bid lifecycle • Coordinate workstreams, timelines, reviews, actions and stakeholder inputs; flag risks and delays • Contribute to deal qualification, renewals, expansion opportunities, win themes, value propositions and business development activities • Support analyst- and alliance-led pursuits • Deliver pricing quote requests and support commercial modelling, pricing discussions and client negotiations • Coordinate commercial reviews, approval processes and bid tollgates • Support contracting activities, including BAFO and finalizing commercial scope • Map client requirements to payroll offerings, solution capabilities and credentials • Coordinate inputs from solution, technology, implementation, service management, country and subject-matter teams • Prepare solution presentations, demonstrations, client-visit materials, business cases and supporting content • Manage sales collateral repositories, research, credentials, templates and RFx response databases • Administer governance and reporting for presales performance metrics • Improve sales enablement processes using industry insights, digital solutions, AI, automation and best practices • Manage pursuit lifecycle and pipeline tracking, bid logs, win-loss reporting, dashboards and governance • Maintain pursuit data in Dynamics and core CRM systems; cross-check deal IDs and details • Manage follow-ups, governance tracking, periodic reporting and pipeline actions • Manage pre-deal submission compliance and risk processes • Collaborate with Sales, Pursuit Leaders, Risk and other functions on solution, technology, information security and implementation risks • Complete risk and independence checklists and deliverables • Report deal compliance to quality and senior management monthly • Govern deal-risk procedures and templates and conduct communications and trainings

🎯 Requirements

• A Graduate/MBA degree or equivalent • 5-7+ years of experience • Presales/Bid and commercial/BD experience in the BPO/ITeS/Managed services industry • HR/Payroll services and technologies exposure is an added advantage • Exposure to commercials, sales CRM/tools and technologies • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills; ability to work under pressure, meet stringent deadlines, prioritize effectively and multitask • Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex documents into highly professional business language • Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment with stakeholders at various levels • Proficiency in MS Office/Office 365 tools • Proficiency in bid automation tools, MS Project, Power BI, AI, Advanced Excel and dashboarding tools • Tableau and Macro are added advantages
