📋 Description

• Analyze and design end-to-end business processes using advanced technologies • Identify inefficiencies through quantitative and qualitative techniques • Support large-scale data collection and implement optimal business processes to mitigate operational, legal, reputational, regulatory and economic risks • Perform risk assessments based on contract terms and conditions • Extract data and perform analytics to quantify financial and operational compliance with contracts • Summarize and report complex datasets through dynamic Power BI dashboards • Administer and support software discovery tools such as SCCM, BDNA, Flexera and ServiceNow • Assist with infrastructure upgrades, security compliance and remediation • Facilitate effective communication between EY and clients • Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities • Seek information independently, solve conceptual problems, coordinate resources, model project strategies and deliver results • Develop strong local, area and global networks with service-line champions • Work with project managers to ensure timely, high-quality project deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• A graduate degree or higher • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science • 1–6 years of SAM or Software License Compliance experience • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI • Experience with software discovery tools such as Flexera, BDNA, SCCM and ServiceNow • Knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization technologies, network topologies, software vendor license agreements and licensing terms • Understanding of IT processes and IT infrastructure, including applications, databases and operating systems • Knowledge of Oracle, Windows and Linux • Outstanding Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and functions for analyzing complex and disparate datasets • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to work in a diverse team and dynamic environment where remote working is required • CSAM/ISO 19770/ITAM/BSA SAM qualification preferred • PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred • IT vendor certification, e.g. Microsoft Certified Professional • Big 4 experience and training
