• Grow Finance Transformation portfolio, including digital finance, process optimization, FP&A modernization, automation, and ERP/EPM-enabled solutions. • Lead the full sales cycle—prospecting, discovery, solution shaping, proposal development, and closing. • Understand client finance processes and challenges (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) and align them with our solutions. • Partner with SMEs to design transformation roadmaps and articulate ROI. • Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and account plans.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree • Minimum of 6 years’ working experience, preferably with 2 years in a business consulting role in a leading consultancy firm. • 5+ years in B2B sales or consulting, ideally in finance transformation, digital transformation, or ERP/automation solutions. • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and client needs. • Strong understanding of finance operations and CFO-level priorities. • Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills. • Specialisation in Financial Services Sector i.e banking, insurance and wealth asset management will be preferred.
