📋 Description

• Lead the design, development and delivery of scalable, high-performance Java applications. • Ensure adherence to software architecture best practices, code quality and security. • Act as a hands-on technical lead, guiding distributed teams in implementing robust solutions. • Drive the implementation of solutions based on Java, Spring Boot and microservices architecture. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into efficient technical solutions. • Perform troubleshooting, performance optimization and support for incident resolution. • Establish development standards, technical governance and engineering best practices. • Mentor team members, fostering technical growth, autonomy and collaboration. • Support deliveries in high-criticality environments, ensuring quality, resilience and timely delivery. • Contribute to the evolution of enterprise architectures within a financial services context.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field • Advanced English (C1/C2), with the ability to communicate in an international environment • Proven experience as a Java Tech Lead or Senior Java Developer in large-scale enterprise environments • Experience developing scalable, resilient, high-performance Java applications • Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS • Knowledge of distributed systems and enterprise architecture • Experience leading distributed or global technical teams • Ability to operate in dynamic, complex and high-pressure environments with resilience and sound decision-making
