📋 Description

• Lead the design, development and delivery of scalable, high-performance Java applications • Ensure adherence to best practices in software architecture, code quality, and security • Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding distributed teams in implementing robust solutions • Drive the implementation of solutions based on Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into efficient technical solutions • Perform troubleshooting, performance optimization, and incident resolution support • Establish development standards, technical governance, and engineering best practices • Mentor team members, promoting technical growth, autonomy, and collaboration • Support deliveries in high-criticality environments, ensuring quality, resilience, and on-time delivery • Contribute to the evolution of enterprise architectures within the financial services context.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Advanced English (C1/C2), with the ability to communicate in an international environment • Strong experience as a Java Tech Lead or Senior Java Developer in large-scale enterprise environments • Experience developing scalable, resilient, and high-performance Java applications • Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS • Knowledge of distributed systems and enterprise architecture • Experience leading distributed or global technical teams • Ability to operate in dynamic, complex, and high-pressure environments, demonstrating resilience and decisiveness
