📋 Description

• Develop and own the content strategy across all channels • Build scalable editorial systems and standards • Analyze target audiences, their needs, and channel usage • Adapt messaging to the channel and funnel stage • Translate complex regulatory and technical topics, such as gematik, GDPR, and TI infrastructure, into accessible content • Plan assets and content for organic and paid campaigns • Collaborate with graphic design and video agencies • Hold regular alignment and strategy calls with Sales, Customer Success, and Product • Define KPIs to measure and evaluate content impact • Develop creative, data-driven, and audience-focused campaign concepts • Help shape company structures and internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience (mid- to senior-level) independently building content strategies • Ideally, experience in a growing tech or SaaS environment with a healthcare focus • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong feel for tone and structure • Strategic and commercial mindset • Experience scaling content quality through systems and standards • Editorial experience with white papers, landing pages, blog articles, LinkedIn posts, and trade show materials • Proficiency with Claude or similar LLMs, or strong motivation to develop and perfect AI skills • Experience with automated content systems and/or Claude Code is a definite plus • Willingness to learn about regulated and technically complex healthcare topics • Experience in healthcare is a major plus • Native-level German • Fluent, business-level English, both written and spoken
