📋 Description

• Define product vision and strategy through collaboration with stakeholders (customers, business teams, engineering, design) • Track bugs while supporting teams with error analysis • Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with business goals • Create, refine, and prioritize user stories, epics, and technical tasks in GitHub, JSM, or Notion • Ensure acceptance criteria are clear, testable, and aligned with user needs • Serve as the primary contact for the development team during sprints • Make decisive actions to remove team blockers and accelerate delivery • Keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and dependencies • Collect and analyze feedback from demos, user testing, and support channels • Track product performance, customer satisfaction, and usage metrics to guide future improvements • Ensure product compliance with industry specifications.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, or similar role in software development • Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken • Good understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, and system integrations • Proven experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and collaborating with developers • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system-design capabilities • Skilled at prioritization, decision-making under uncertainty, and balancing technical debt with feature delivery.
