📋 Description

• Speak with prospective customers considering Feather health insurance • Answer new-customer questions in writing between calls • Understand each customer's situation and explain insurance options in plain language • Help customers choose the right plan • Hand customers over to the appropriate team member when another product is a better fit • Keep the calendar open for customer calls • Participate in weekly call-feedback sessions based on transcripts and data • Apply feedback to improve call performance • Take on more insurance products over time

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role involving phone and written communication throughout the day • Ability to explain complicated topics clearly to first-time listeners • Organized and able to track personal follow-ups independently • Ability to prioritize and balance customer inquiries • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Fluent in Business English • Insurance, fintech, or regulated-product experience is nice to have • Experience with Intercom, CRM, or AI support tools is nice to have • Fluency in multiple European languages, especially Spanish or French, is nice to have • Personal experience as an expat is nice to have
