📋 Description

• Partner autonomously with Product leaders, including Directors and above, to accelerate decisions and reduce manual overhead • Design, build, and operate signals, dashboards, and automated insights for direct leader consumption • Own data quality and trust through accurate, traceable numbers and documented calculation logic • Make roadmap progress, goal execution, and risk emergence monitoring self-serviceable • Partner with Engineering on upstream instrumentation and define relevant data requirements • Translate operational data into decision-ready narratives for senior leadership forums • Challenge Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and senior leaders with evidence • Provide insights supporting investment and capacity trade-offs using historical productivity and capacity data • Partner with Delivery Operations and Organizational Effectiveness to integrate intelligence into operating rhythms and leadership narratives • Roll out AI and agentic workflows that trigger alerts and action requests • Automate governance and reporting workflows with measurable ROI in reclaimed hours • Set standards and best practices for AI-assisted analytical work

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in data/analytics, decision intelligence, analytics engineering, or a similar role with direct engagement with senior stakeholders • Ideally experience in fast-paced B2B Engineering/Product environments • Strong hands-on data skills: performant SQL and Python (Pandas) • Experience with data modelling, pipelines/ETL, and building self-service data products • Ability to design automated insight and monitoring systems with rigorous data quality and governance • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills • Ability to influence without authority, simplify complexity, and translate information into clear narratives • Ability to confidently challenge senior stakeholders with evidence • Knowledge of business financials, including ROI, cost, and margin • Ability to distinguish genuine risk signals from noise • Ability to operate autonomously and exercise judgment on ambiguous mandates • Proficiency in collaborative and BI tooling, including Google Suite, Confluence/Jira, and Looker • Experience using GenAI and agentic workflows as a force multiplier • High learning agility and a growth mindset • Prior experience in pricing and monetization projects is a plus
