📋 Description

• You will play a key role in developing our growth strategy • Manage cross-channel campaign budgets and monitor ROI • Make data-driven decisions and run A/B tests • Spot trends and develop social and content strategies • Build and optimize AI-powered workflows for creative production, testing, and campaign optimization • Manage external agencies and work closely with Product and Data teams

🎯 Requirements

• Tech-native • Confident working with LLMs, AI image/video generators, and automation tools • Understanding of music marketing and fan engagement • Experience with social ads and SEO mechanisms • Ability to amplify organic content through paid push phases • Willing to actively shape a dynamic growth phase • Confident and friendly communication in German and English • Ideally bring industry experience in music
