📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product design for Félix Credit alongside a lead credit designer • Design borrowing flows, credit offers, disclosures, repayment experiences, and transaction history • Create interaction and visual patterns for lending within WhatsApp conversations • Help define credit experiences for native iOS and Android • Work with the Credit PM, wider design team, Head of Product Design, product, engineering, legal, and risk partners • Run evaluative testing and lightweight discovery, involving research for larger questions • Generate concepts, present work, incorporate feedback, and balance usability with risk • Help shape hiring, critique practices, and the design system

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years designing consumer products with a high bar for craft, including strong visual design and interaction design, and growing scope across end-to-end UX • Range from pixel to strategy: you can solve the screen, reframe the pattern, and defend the tradeoff to people who aren't designers • Native or near-native Spanish and advanced English • Deep Figma fluency, with at least two mobile products shipped end to end • Research fluency to run your own evaluative testing and discovery, as well as the judgment to know when to bring in a researcher • Fluency with AI as a creative partner (Cursor, Claude Code, Claude Design, Codex) used to amplify craft, not shortcut it • A high tolerance for constraint: legal requirements, risk rules, and failure states you don't get to design away • Comfort with speed and ambiguity. We ship fast and work in the open • You communicate clearly, invite critique early, and share work before it’s polished to get feedback and move the team forward • A portfolio link (with password, if needed) is required for consideration • Bonus: experience in lending, credit, banking, or another regulated domain, or with conversational AI products • Equivalent competencies in the listed requisites will also be considered
