• Proaktive Mandatsgestaltung: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Anlage und Verwaltung neuer Mandate in DATEV und sorgst dafür, dass Datenqualität und operative Abläufe auf höchstem Niveau sind. • Prozesse hinterfragen und verbessern: Du siehst Optimierungspotenziale in Abläufen der Mandantenanlage, Buchhaltung, Abrechnung und Jahresabschlüssen und setzt Verbesserungen konsequent um. • Effizienz und Qualität sind für Dich kein Ziel, sondern Selbstverständnis. • Technologie als Hebel: Du nutzt moderne Softwarelösungen aktiv, um Arbeitsprozesse zu automatisieren, skalierbar zu machen und so die Beratung für Mandanten noch wertvoller zu gestalten. • Mandantenorientiertes Handeln: Du bist die Schnittstelle zu unseren Mandanten, kommunizierst klar und verständlich und bringst immer eine lösungsorientierte Haltung in jede Beratung ein. • Mitgestalter der Kanzlei von morgen: Gemeinsam mit unserem Team treibst Du Automatisierung und Strukturentwicklung voran und gestaltest eine zukunftsorientierte, effiziente Steuerberatung aktiv mit.

🎯 Requirements

• Steuerliches Know-how: Du hast fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Steuern und eine Leidenschaft für innovative Lösungen – egal, ob durch Studium, praktische Erfahrung oder autodidaktisch erworben. • Technisches Verständnis: Erfahrung mit DATEV. • Begeisterung für digitale Prozesse zählt! • Deutsch (C1-C2) und Englisch (B2-C1) Niveau , in Wort und Schrift.
