📋 Description

• You support executive management in preparing decisions: you analyze issues, structure content clearly and contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives. • You contribute to the further development of FELSEN Steuerberatung as an organization. This includes analyzing existing processes, roles and workflows as well as helping to design new, more efficient structures and clear responsibilities. • You take part in company-wide projects and — depending on your experience — independently manage subprojects or clearly defined work packages. You support coordination, documentation, scheduling and tracking of results. • You help prepare information clearly and understandably for management, the team and external partners. You assist with presentations, decision papers, minutes and internal communications. • You analyze organizational and operational questions, work with KPIs, conduct research and gather qualitative insights to derive initial recommendations. You learn to set priorities and bring structure to complex topics. • You think solution-orientedly, ask questions, challenge existing processes and contribute your own ideas. • You use the working-student role deliberately as a learning environment: you seek feedback, develop professionally and personally and gradually take on more responsibility — with the perspective of a continuing role after graduation.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled student at a business school (e.g., Business Administration, Management), Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally close to graduation • First practical experience in a business context (e.g., internships, working-student roles, projects, start-ups or consulting), ideally with a focus on organization, strategy, operations or corporate development • Interest in and understanding of entrepreneurship • Basic understanding of business relationships, organizational structures and business processes • Interest in tax consulting, finance and in building efficient, scalable organizations • Very good German skills (C1–C2) and good English skills, both written and spoken
