📋 Description

• Work closely with the executive team on strategic, organizational, and operational topics • Support decision-making preparation and the analysis of business questions • Prepare content in a structured manner and contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives • Analyze existing processes, roles, and workflows and help develop more efficient organizational structures • Contribute to company-wide projects and take ownership of sub-projects or work packages • Support coordination, documentation, scheduling, and follow-up on results • Prepare information for the executive team, employees, and external partners • Support presentations, decision-making materials, meeting minutes, and internal communications • Analyze organizational and operational topics using KPIs, research, and qualitative insights • Develop initial recommendations and structure complex topics • Contribute your own ideas while challenging and continuously improving existing processes

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at a business school, e.g., in business administration or management; ideally nearing graduation • Initial practical experience in a business context, e.g., through internships, working-student roles, projects, start-ups, or consulting • Ideally, experience in organization, strategy, operations, or corporate development • Basic understanding of business relationships, organizational structures, and business processes • Interest in tax advisory, finance, and building efficient, scalable organizations • Excellent German skills (C1–C2) • Good written and spoken English • Independent, reliable, and structured working style • Willingness to take on responsibility • Discretion, integrity, and a careful approach to handling sensitive information
