📋 Description

• Work on high-impact projects across Fever, including discovery surfaces such as the feed and AI-powered assistant, critical reports, data-driven decision-making tools, immersive funnels and innovative business initiatives • Frame problems with users and product managers, decide what is worth building and validate hypotheses using SQL, dashboards and metrics • Design and prototype interfaces for B2C and B2B Fever products • Convert designs into working prototypes or production-ready features when appropriate • Collaborate with engineers through GitHub and development and production environments • Use AI in everyday workflows to explore ideas, prototype and move faster

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong background and solid knowledge of front-end development • Product thinking based on user problems, business needs and impact rather than features, with ability to explain trade-offs • Polished eye and elevated craft, demonstrated in a portfolio that explains the thinking behind the work • Solid HTML/CSS, responsive layouts and design systems • JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework such as React • Familiarity with Git, pull requests and development/production environments • Comfort using SQL, dashboards and metrics to test ideas and make decisions • Interest in technology and building software, with understanding of the reasoning behind technical decisions • Experience using AI, verifying outputs, protecting sensitive data and understanding shipped code • Portfolio required; applications without a portfolio will not be considered • Experience designing data-heavy products or building with LLMs (nice to have) • Side projects demonstrating personal building interests (nice to have)
