📋 Description

• Own the analytical perspective on paid marketing channels and evaluate KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, payback periods, and budget allocation • Evolve attribution from traditional first-touch/last-touch models toward measuring incrementality • Further develop the mobile attribution setup and bridge app and web identities • Analyze campaigns together with the Marketing team and derive recommendations for budget allocation and optimization • Analyze the entire customer funnel, from first contact through registration and first trade, and beyond • Develop cohort and retention analyses • Support A/B tests and product experiments, from hypothesis development and KPI definition through statistical evaluation • Translate user behavior into economic value, including LTV modeling, activation drivers, and churn signals • Derive actionable recommendations for Marketing, Product, and Management • Define tracking requirements with stakeholders and ensure data availability for reliable analyses • Develop dashboards and self-service analytics solutions based on Databricks • Consider data protection and consent requirements as framework conditions for tracking, attribution, and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Web Analytics, or Product Analytics • Ideally, experience in a digital business model with a significant paid marketing budget • Very strong SQL skills • Sound understanding of digital tracking, marketing attribution, and customer journeys • Experience with at least one established BI or visualization tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker • Ability to build intuitive dashboards for non-technical stakeholders • Ability to translate complex analytical findings into concrete decisions for Marketing, Product, or senior management • Independent and structured working style • German language skills at C1 level • Nice to have: experience with or exposure to dbt and/or Python, lakehouse platforms and modern data stacks, Snowplow, GA4 or comparable event-tracking setups, mobile attribution with Adjust or AppsFlyer, ad tech, reverse ETL, and financial markets, trading, or brokerage
