📋 Description

• Analyze, enhance, and implement financial systems and solutions by understanding business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements for implementation • Analyze incidents and problems, supporting root-cause identification and contributing to the stability and availability of solutions • Identify and propose continuous improvements to systems and processes by evaluating existing functionalities, integrations, and opportunities for enhancement in collaboration with business, product, and technology teams • Contribute to delivery quality by supporting the definition of acceptance criteria, functional and technical validations, user acceptance testing, and implementation follow-up • Prepare and maintain up-to-date functional and technical system documentation, including requirements, business rules, workflows, integrations, and other information necessary for system enhancement and support

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or knowledge of financial/banking systems, preferably involving credit products, financial journeys, or integrations with financial systems • Experience as a Systems Analyst, including requirements gathering and analysis, functional and technical specifications, system integrations, user acceptance testing, and application support • Experience participating in system implementation and enhancement projects while working with multidisciplinary Product, Business, Development, Quality, and Infrastructure teams • Experience preparing and maintaining functional and technical documentation, including requirements, business rules, workflows, integrations, data mappings, and system specifications • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, preferably Oracle/PL/SQL and SQL Server, with the ability to run queries, analyze data, and support problem investigations • Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture, including concepts related to system integration, API contracts, requests/responses, HTTP status codes, and authentication mechanisms • Knowledge of tools for API analysis and validation, such as Postman or similar platforms, to support integration specification, validation, and troubleshooting • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, with experience working in squads and participating in refinement sessions, planning, user acceptance testing, and delivery follow-up • Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
