📋 Description

• Lead the product quality and testing strategy by gathering, planning, prioritizing, and managing test scenarios • Consider functional and non-functional requirements, risks, integrations, and impacts on the customer journey • Define, develop, and continuously improve the test automation strategy • Identify priority scenarios for automation and ensure coverage of critical flows, APIs, integrations, applications, and digital journeys • Take a preventive approach to delivery quality from refinement through the definition of acceptance criteria • Identify risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement before development, helping reduce defects and rework • Ensure product quality traceability and documentation by keeping scenarios, evidence, defects, acceptance criteria, and execution results up to date • Support user acceptance testing, releases, and audits • Serve as the squad’s technical quality reference, supporting developers, the Product Owner, and other team members • Promote best practices, conduct root-cause analyses of defects and incidents, and propose continuous improvements to processes, tools, and quality metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Experience analyzing and gathering requirements and defining functionalities • Experience creating mappings and managing test scenarios, defects, enhancements, functional specifications, and bug reports • Experience writing agile tests using BDD • Knowledge of test automation with Cypress, Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, and Playwright • Experience with transactional and non-transactional databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB • Experience with the architecture and testing of distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs • Experience with quality practices such as unit testing, integration testing, code review, and pair programming • Experience creating and managing queues using RabbitMQ or Kafka • Experience managing releases and version control with GitLab, as well as CI/CD practices • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and inter-service communication • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Knowledge of task management systems such as Jira is desirable
