📋 Description

• Organise everything locally for FINN’s Brazil launch • Talk to initial users and maintain close contact with the market • Work with local vendors and solve problems as they arise • Run initial customer support and contact users directly • Monitor competitors and changes in the UK earned wage access and consumer credit market • Act as local point of contact with banking, payments and other vendors • Help manage payment issues such as double payments and repayment queries, and work with teams to address root causes • Diagnose issues such as salary flagging and turn them into workstreams for engineering, product and risk teams • Identify fraud patterns and suspicious behaviour • Help drive acquisition, collections performance and other aspects of the Brazil business with the VP of Expansion • Deep-dive the most important topic of the week to support profitable and sustainable growth • Report to the VP, Market Expansion & Business Development

🎯 Requirements

• Track record in Brazilian consumer credit, payroll-linked lending (consignado), earned wage access or digital banking • Understanding of local consumer behaviour and the regulatory landscape, including Central Bank rules, consumer protection and LGPD • Hands-on experience with Pix, Open Finance, payment accounts and banking partners • Ability to turn data or customer conversations into clear, prioritised fixes • Experience building a product or market from the ground up as a founder, product lead or GM within a high-growth startup • Existing connections across Brazilian fintechs, banks and payment providers • Native Portuguese and professional working English • Comfortable doing as much as leading • Must be based in Brazil • Availability for 10–20 hours per week initially • Willingness to accommodate early-morning calls with the executive team in GMT+8
