📋 Description

• You design and develop a scalable, highly available backend infrastructure for our core products • You write clean, maintainable code in Go, Kotlin, and Java and apply modern development practices such as TDD and Clean Code • You develop containerized applications with Docker, orchestrate them with Kubernetes, and use Azure DevOps for CI/CD • You work closely with our DevOps team to continuously optimize performance, operations, and deployment pipelines • You develop APIs and work with relational and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and ETL pipelines • You ensure high code quality, testing, and security standards • You support the team through code reviews, knowledge transfer, and technical guidance • You actively use AI tools to boost productivity and contribute to internal AI training, experiments, and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• You have 5+ years of backend development experience with a focus on Go, Kotlin, and/or Java • You have experience with containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps • You possess solid knowledge of microservices architectures, API design, CI/CD processes, and scalability • You are experienced with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and high-performance data processing • You have an agile mindset with a focus on fast, high-quality releases • You enjoy innovation, new technologies, and AI-assisted development • You are a strong communicator, proactive, and team-oriented
