📋 Description

• Guide a cross-functional team of 5–10 engineers across backend, frontend, mobile, and QA • Deliver products creating value for hundreds of thousands of European businesses • Partner with the product manager to challenge problem framing and prioritize business outcomes • Balance feature delivery with technical debt and scalability • Make technical decisions through explicit trade-offs and unblock the team when needed • Run 1:1s, create growth plans, and own hiring and promotions • Build engaged teams through feedback and coaching • Improve team productivity through better tools and processes • Drive predictable delivery with Product and Design • Communicate priorities, risks, and constraints proactively

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience building data-intensive production systems • Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering teams • Hands-on experience with at least one of C#/.NET, Java/JVM, JavaScript/Node, or Go • Deep knowledge of distributed architectures, databases, messaging, and queueing systems • Experience in product-led organizations, ideally with international scope • Strong business acumen connecting engineering work to revenue, retention, and trust • Comfortable with DAU/MAU, retention, and conversion funnel metrics • Exceptional communication in English across all audiences • Experience with .NET Core, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes, React, Swift/Kotlin, Python/ML frameworks, and modern QA tools
