📋 Description

• Design and build new features for Finom's iOS application, including cash flow management, banking transactions, payments, card controls, and AI-powered accounting automation • Own feature outcomes by tracking analytics and responding to customer issues • Build polished, responsive UIs with UIKit and SwiftUI • Drive technical decisions and discuss trade-offs with product managers • Explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders • Improve engineering quality through automated testing, code reviews, and mobile security practices • Mentor engineers and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices • Collaborate in a cross-functional domain team spanning Backend, Mobile, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product • Use and improve Finom's Spec-Driven Development process and AI-assisted engineering toolbelt

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial iOS development experience • Strong knowledge of Swift • Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns • Practical experience with VIPER and Coordinator navigation patterns • Excellent knowledge of UIKit • Experience or strong desire to grow with SwiftUI • Experience with programmatic layout development, particularly SnapKit or similar tools • Ability to write unit and UI tests • Confidence with Git/GitLab, including GitLab CI/CD setup and maintenance • Hands-on experience with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot • Ability to write prompts, configure rules and skills, and evaluate AI-generated output using tests, linters, and review • Clear and concise communication in English • Nice to have: fintech or financial products background • Nice to have: mobile security best practices • Nice to have: UI performance profiling and optimization • Nice to have: Instruments, XCTest, or similar • Nice to have: published App Store apps • Nice to have: active GitHub profile • Nice to have: advanced agentic engineering experience • Nice to have: understanding of model capabilities, context windows, and AI security risks
