📋 Description

• Work as the analyst for the Growth & Activation product stream • Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders • Agree priorities and identify problems worth solving • Bring recommendations and identify business opportunities • Define activation, funnel, and product metrics and ensure consistent measurement • Design tests including hypotheses, primary metrics, audience splits, duration, and result interpretation • Automate experimentation workflows • Build testing infrastructure at scale using external tools or internal solutions • Help establish a product-wide testing culture

🎯 Requirements

• Product analytics experience end to end, with decisions that changed the roadmap • Fluent in SQL • Confident in Python • Solid knowledge of experimentation and causal methods • Experience choosing or building tooling for tests and metrics • Daily use of AI tools • Stakeholder partnership rather than ticket execution • Proactive approach to identifying problems and hypotheses • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and explain reasoning to product and business stakeholders • English at C1 or above
