📋 Description

• Design and build new features for Finom's iOS application, including cash flow management, banking transactions, payments, card issuance and control, and AI-powered accounting automation • Own feature outcomes by monitoring analytics and addressing customer issues • Build polished, responsive UIs with UIKit and SwiftUI • Drive technical decisions and communicate trade-offs to product managers and non-technical stakeholders • Improve engineering quality through automated testing, code reviews, and mobile security practices • Mentor engineers and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices • Collaborate with Backend, Mobile, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product teams • Use and improve Finom's AI-assisted, Spec-Driven Development practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial iOS development • Strong knowledge of Swift • Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns • Practical experience with VIPER and Coordinator navigation patterns • Excellent knowledge of UIKit • Experience or strong desire to grow with SwiftUI • Experience with layout development in code, particularly SnapKit or similar tools • Ability to write unit and UI tests • Confidence with Git/GitLab, including GitLab CI/CD • Hands-on experience with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot • Ability to write prompts, configure rules and skills, and critically evaluate AI-generated output • Clear and concise communication in English • Builder's mentality and product-oriented approach
