📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, design, and development of endpoint products • Align product initiatives with business unit strategies, objectives, competitive landscape, and current and future business challenges • Use a data-focused approach to ensure roadmap initiatives deliver meaningful impact to the business and users • Partner with pre-sales and post-sales teams and Trellix partners to understand customer pain points • Translate customer pain points into product strategy and provide clarity to engineering teams for execution • Develop deep and trusted relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders • Drive results with attention to both business performance and customer success • Influence others through strong attention to detail and excellent organization • Manage multiple projects and responsibilities • Ensure endpoint security solutions remain cutting-edge in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of cybersecurity endpoint experience (EPP, EDR) • Track record of success at leading technology and product organizations • 7+ years of product management experience in a product-led company • Experience developing and executing a product roadmap that delivers revenue growth • Highly effective communication and data presentation skills • Ability to influence business and technical teams, from executive leadership to the company • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently • Ability to consistently deliver superior results in a timely fashion • Ability to lead change, think out of the box, and make new ideas happen • Ability to communicate vision and strategy • Collaborative, diplomatic, and humble approach • Willingness to roll up sleeves and help when needed
