Its platform extracts all data from documents (via a patent‑pending "Data Lathe"), stores relationships in an object‑oriented Punch Card DB, and applies hundreds of business and compliance rules through the "Alethiometer" to produce auditable, backend‑integrated reviews of forms such as ACORD 25/28. Firehorse’s agents aim to condense manual review time, improve accuracy with built‑in quality controls, and free staff from menial document review so they can focus on higher‑value analysis.

📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using React, React Native and Node.js • Own frontend architecture, component design, and state management • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend APIs and services • Translate client requirements into robust technical solutions • Participate in client discussions, demos, and requirement-gathering sessions • Review code, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices • Collaborate with DevOps teams on deployments and releases • Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of professional full-stack development experience • Strong expertise in React and React Native • Strong experience with Node.js • Solid understanding of REST APIs and authentication mechanisms • Experience with databases ( SQL and NoSQL ) • Proven client-facing experience • Demonstrated leadership and hands-on development skills • Experience using Git and participating in code reviews • Nice to Have Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms • Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines • Experience with AI/ML or data-intensive applications
