📋 Description

• Configure and integrate FireMon products in customer environments • Train and empower customers to use FireMon products • Champion customer frustrations and aggravations throughout the customer experience • Build product expertise through documentation, training, peer working sessions, support groups, and contributions to the FireMon Knowledge Base • Stay current on product changes and complete self-directed training on new features • Research products integrating with FireMon, including firewalls, SIEM solutions, SNOW, Active Directory, and LDAP • Provide thought leadership on API integration for customer automation and workflow management • Develop, document, and manage requirements-gathering processes • Provide detailed designs and business processes throughout the project lifecycle, including change control • Deliver solutions under Professional Services Statements of Work or Service Descriptions, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment • Design and configure scalable, extensible, testable, and maintainable solutions • Develop and execute system test plans and test applications • Partner with end users to select or create test scenarios and validate implemented solutions • Install software and optional hardware through online sessions or onsite work • Train end users to meet product-purchase objectives • Verify core functionality and troubleshoot issues • Describe customer problems in support tickets with all required information • Triage, monitor, escalate, resolve, and document customer support tickets and communicate outcomes to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Networking, Security, or another related field • Must have in-depth experience working with Firewalls • Working knowledge of Check Point, Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Panorama, and NSX • Experience in Linux/UNIX operating systems • Thorough understanding of network infrastructure and topology, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Syslog, Wireshark, and network monitoring tools • Understanding of security concepts including PKI and certificates • Experience using REST API • Prior customer services or consulting experience • Ability to work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment, both independently and as part of a team • Clear, accurate, and empathetic oral and written communication • Strong organizational skills • Certification from one or more vendors such as Check Point, Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or similar • Willingness to learn scripting as required • Willingness to travel up to 25%
