📋 Description

• Monitor specified regulatory sources daily for Healthcare and Transportation verticals • Track emerging rules, proposed regulations, guidance, and enforcement trends using regulatory monitoring tools and subscriptions • Maintain awareness of regulatory developments across applicable jurisdictions and agencies • Produce and distribute a daily digest of newly identified regulatory items • Facilitate prioritization of regulatory items for broader communication • Draft plain-language summaries for recurring regulatory newsletters • Manage the end-to-end newsletter workflow with Marketing and Legal • Repurpose selected updates into blog posts and web content • Coordinate blog reviews and approvals with Legal and Marketing • Maintain the regulatory communications editorial calendar and archive • Manage regulatory monitoring tools, subscriptions, vendor coordination, and access • Refine monitoring sources, workflows, and distribution lists • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and other stakeholders • Serve as a liaison to communicate regulatory updates without providing legal advice

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, legal operations, compliance communications, or a related field • Demonstrated experience monitoring and synthesizing regulatory information from government agencies and legal publications • Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory content into clear summaries • Ability to manage multiple inputs, deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders • Familiarity with regulatory monitoring platforms such as Lexology, Westlaw alerts, or Bloomberg Law preferred • This role does not provide legal advice or regulatory interpretation; Legal maintains final ownership of legal analysis, risk assessment, and policy positions
