📋 Description

• Demonstrate knowledge of the real estate market, including property formats, maps, title, and deeds • Relate domain knowledge to the search process • Correctly key data input according to recording formats in the assigned county • Maintain typing accuracy of 95% and typing speed of 35 words per minute • Understand reports and products available in the assigned project • Communicate effectively and timely with the concerned line manager • Meet turnaround time and accuracy requirements according to service-level agreements and operations metrics • Adhere to organizational information security policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Freshers/One year of experience • Any undergraduate degree or diploma • Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute with 95% accuracy • Good knowledge of English • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills • Willingness to work in shifts • Understanding of the real estate market, including title, deeds, maps, and property formats • Understanding of the domain and its relation to the search process • Understanding of recording formats in the assigned county • Knowledge of reports/products available in the assigned project • Compliance with turnaround time and accuracy requirements under service-level agreements/operations metrics • Adherence to information security policies and procedures
