📋 Description

• Design and oversee implementation of Windows Server solutions including Configuration Manager (SCCM), Group Policy, and CIS-based security hardening • Define and enforce best practices for patch management, server software deployment, and disk space remediation • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure capabilities with business needs • Ensure compliance with CIS benchmarks and internal security standards • Monitor system health and performance, proactively addressing risks and inefficiencies • Drive automation and process improvements to reduce toil and increase reliability • Contribute to infrastructure roadmap planning and capacity forecasting • Partner with leadership to evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in platform engineering • Proficient in Ansible automation, especially in writing playbooks and roles for patching, reporting, and orchestration • 7+ years of experience in Windows Server engineering, including SCCM, Active Directory, and GPO • Solid understanding of the Vulnerability Management Lifecycle and remediation planning • Advanced knowledge in AWS and Azure Infrastructure • Proficient in scripting (Powershell, YAML) • Advanced knowledge in IaC tools Terraform or CloudFormation • Advanced knowledge in designing and implementing CI/CD pipeline with tools like Jenkins, CodePipeline, or similar • Good knowledge of version control tools like GIT, Bitbucket or Team Foundation Server • Adept in System & IT operation – Windows and Linux OS administration • Understanding of networking principles and technologies (DNS, Load Balancers, Reverse Proxies)
