📋 Description

• Support, administer, and evolve Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with a focus on Power Automate and Power Apps • Maintain applications developed in Power Apps • Provide support and troubleshooting for Power Automate flows • Fix defects and incidents in applications and automations • Analyze logs and identify root causes of issues • Manage connections, credentials, and permissions • Support integrations between Power Platform and other applications • Adjust existing flows to improve performance and stability • Monitor critical flows and identify opportunities for improvement • Assist users in using the solutions • Propose continuous improvements for automated processes • Work following governance best practices and maintain technical documentation • Collaborate with Data, Cloud, and Development teams • Support integrations with Power BI and other environment components

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Apps • Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting flows and automations • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform connectors • Experience with integrations using REST APIs • Knowledge of authentication and connection management • Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Dataverse • Understanding of programming logic • Experience with version control and issue/requirement management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar) • Strong analytical skills for incident investigation, good communication, organization, and a sense of priority
