📋 Description

• Support the management of Data & Analytics projects, ensuring control of activities, deadlines, and documentation • Track the team's timesheets and support the project's billing process • Assist with onboarding consultants, ensuring new team members receive the necessary information and access • Update and organize project documents (schedules, status reports, acceptance terms, T-NPS, and other records) • Support communication with clients and the team, participating in daily meetings and checkpoints • Monitor people-management activities, such as feedback records, training plans, and development follow-ups • Assist in financial monitoring and the team's margin indicators • Work alongside the Project Manager and Technical Lead to ensure organization and smooth delivery of outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of traditional project management methodologies (required) • Familiarity with agile practices (Kanban, Scrum) • Organized and detail-oriented • Good communication skills and willingness to learn • Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment
