📋 Description

• Develop products and features • Build and develop modules, data pipelines, and services • Own work end to end, from design to production • Participate in on-call shifts • Contribute to frontend and other adjacent work as features require

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating production backend systems at scale • Very strong coding abilities in at least one modern language: Kotlin, Java, Node.js, Ruby, or Python • Proven ownership of services end to end, including API design, data modeling, performance, reliability, and observability in production • Deep understanding of Computer Science principles and strong analytical skills • Hands-on experience and established working practices with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar • Experience designing and building AI-powered product features from prompt design to scalable, production-ready integrations is a strong plus • Readiness to contribute beyond backend, including frontend and adjacent work as features require • Fluent in English and Ukrainian • BSc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
