📋 Description

• Assist with user support and customer inquiries • Help analyze and log support tickets • Monitor the resolution of technical issues • Contribute to the maintenance and updating of internal documentation • Participate in activities related to software quality and system validation • Collaborate with the Support, Customer Success, Quality, and Development teams

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive • Interest in building a career in technology • Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) – Required • Commitment to a minimum 12-month internship – Required • Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home-office environment • Expected graduation date must be provided during the selection process • No university classes scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
