📋 Description

• Advising business owners on how they can acquire new employees or contracts through our services • Independently scheduling appointments via cold outreach and warm inbound leads • Pre-qualifying prospects for consultations with our experts • Participating in team meetings and handling minor administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Clear and easily understandable German pronunciation and an energetic telephone manner • Strong willingness to learn, a drive to perform, and a commitment to continuous personal and professional development • Some sales experience, ideally 1–3 years in telephone cold calling • Preferably experience in sales within an agency or in a coaching/consulting environment • Your educational background is of secondary importance — what matters is that you already have sales experience and are motivated to develop further at Flatland Marketing.
