📋 Description

• Receive, review, upload, and accurately code vendor invoices in Bill.com, ensuring supporting documentation is attached and approval workflows are followed • Process vendor bills, employee corporate card expenses, and inventory-related payables • Perform 3-way matching for inventory invoices and reconcile expense submissions • Maintain and audit vendor records in Bill.com and NetSuite, including payment terms, GL coding, and digital documentation • Monitor approval queues and follow up on outstanding approvals within SLA timelines • Escalate discrepancies, duplicate invoices, or missing information to the Accounting Manager • Prepare and distribute AP aging reports • Assist with month-end close support • Reconcile vendor statements and maintain prepaid schedules for review by the U.S. Accounting team • Participate in cross-training initiatives and follow SOP documentation • Identify process improvement opportunities • Comply with data security and confidentiality policies • Work closely with a U.S.-based Accounting Manager and internal stakeholders across time zones

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience • Hands-on experience with Bill.com or similar systems, including bill entry, coding, approval routing, and reporting • Familiarity with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems • Advanced Excel skills, including lookup functions, pivot tables, and filters • Understanding of accrual accounting concepts and AP processes, including 3-way matching, aging reports, and prepaid tracking • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools such as Docs and Sheets • Strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with U.S.-based teams across time zones • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience preferred • Advanced English (C1+)
