📋 Description

• Take ownership of the quality strategy • Lead testing efforts across the organization • Build a robust automation framework supporting continued growth • Champion a quality-first mentality across product and engineering teams • Advocate for testability from the initial design phase • Translate complex fintech product features and business values into detailed, actionable, and scalable automation testing plans • Embed QA into the Agile software development lifecycle • Optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable releases • Leverage understanding of the FX market to anticipate edge cases • Design test scenarios reflecting real-world trading behaviors • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of automation engineers • Select tools and frameworks for the technology stack • Collaborate with Product, Development, Support, and Business teams • Introduce innovative tools and AI-driven approaches to improve QA efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Automation testing • Proven track record in a QA/Automation leadership role specifically within the Fintech, FX, or capital markets industry • Deep understanding of trading technology products, market mechanics, and how to validate financial software at scale • Extensive experience designing automation frameworks from scratch • Strong grasp of modern development lifecycles • Highly experienced operating within Agile/Scrum environments • Clear vision of how QA fits into continuous delivery • Exceptional ability to translate technical constraints to business stakeholders and business requirements to engineering teams
