📋 Description

• Defining the visual direction and style for digital products, including typography, colour, UI patterns, and design systems • Leading and directing design process for a wide range of products • Developing brand identity and guidelines while ensuring consistency across all product and brand touchpoints • Leading UI projects and directing the design process from concept to delivery • Collaborating directly with clients, facilitating workshops, and presenting design concepts and solutions (with PM support) • Improving workflows, establishing internal design processes, and maintaining visual standards • Collaboration with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, content writers, developers) • Creating marketing and communication materials • Logo design or refinement, if required (nice to have) • Mentor junior and mid UI designers, providing training and support

🎯 Requirements

• Extraordinary skills in terms of layouts, grids, UI patterns, color theory, typography • 3+ years of documented commercial experience • Extensive portfolio of commercial projects • Good command of written and spoken English and Polish (B2+/C1) • Great communication and presentation skills • Proactive attitude, you solve problems and figure things out • Good understanding of business and technology • Extreme attention to details • Nice to have: Skills in illustration, motion design, 3D or animation • Nice to have: Experience in brand identity design • Nice to have: Social media presence (Dribbble or Behance)
