📋 Description

• Define the visual direction and style for digital products, including typography, colour, UI patterns, and design systems • Lead and direct design processes for a wide range of products • Develop brand identities and guidelines while ensuring consistency across product and brand touchpoints • Lead UI projects from concept to delivery • Collaborate directly with clients, facilitate workshops, and present design concepts and solutions with PM support • Improve workflows, establish internal design processes, and maintain visual standards • Collaborate with designers and interdisciplinary teams including researchers, strategists, content writers, and developers • Create marketing and communication materials • Design or refine logos when required • Mentor junior and mid-level UI designers, providing training and support

🎯 Requirements

• Extraordinary skills in terms of layouts, grids, UI patterns, color theory, typography • 3+ years of documented commercial experience • Extensive portfolio of commercial projects • Good command of written and spoken English and Polish (B2+/C1) • Great communication and presentation skills • Proactive attitude; ability to solve problems and figure things out • Good understanding of business and technology • Extreme attention to details • Skills in illustration, motion design, 3D or animation (nice to have) • Experience in brand identity design (nice to have) • Social media presence on Dribbble or Behance (nice to have) • B2B cooperation for independent contractors • Ability to issue invoices or willingness to start a sole proprietorship
