📋 Description

• End-to-end ownership of product development from ideation to release. • Conduct continuous research to understand customer pain points. • Develop and test hypotheses to inform product decisions. • Build scalable, pragmatic software solutions. • Collaborate closely with customers and product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Full Stack Software Developer with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React. • Native-level proficiency in German. • Ability to conduct continuous research and maintain a strong customer focus. • Experience in hypothesis development and rapid validation through experiments. • Ability to find and utilize relevant data to support decision making.
