📋 Description

• Own the acquisition and activation funnel end to end—from landing pages and sign-up through onboarding to the first successful value moment • Identify bottlenecks using data, develop hypotheses, and independently ship experiments, new flows, and features • Increase conversion and activation rates • Own the entire tracking and MarTech setup, including product analytics, attribution, CRM, lifecycle automation, and integrations • Analyze user behavior and funnel data, translating insights into concrete product improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with data and product analytics; able to independently analyze funnels and identify relevant metrics • Ability to implement frontend and design work to the highest standard, with a strong eye for UX and detail and a pixel-perfect approach • Extensive experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js—ideally NestJS—in a SaaS product • Experience with growth experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization • Knowledge of modern analytics, attribution, and MarTech stacks; able to independently set up and further develop tracking, events, and integrations • German at a native-speaker level • Fluent English • Ideally, experience in data science, such as building predictive models for CLTV
