📋 Description

• Design end-to-end Adobe Experience Cloud solutions translating business and customer requirements into platform capabilities, integrations, data flows, and operating models • Define and maintain reference architectures, integration patterns, technical standards, and reusable implementation assets • Guide technology decisions involving Adobe products, APIs, custom applications, integration platforms, and third-party technologies • Document architecture decisions, dependencies, constraints, risks, and technical trade-offs • Conduct solution architecture and implementation reviews for scalability, resilience, performance, accessibility, maintainability, security, and cost effectiveness • Define architecture and standards for Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP, including XDM schemas, ingestion, identity, profiles, audiences, destinations, and activation • Partner with development, analytics, and data engineering teams on data collection, data layers, tagging, identity, measurement, and activation standards • Define patterns for Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK, Adobe Experience Platform Tags, APIs, connectors, and related data collection capabilities • Support privacy, consent, identity, and data governance requirements • Define scalable implementation and integration approaches for AEM as a Cloud Service, including Sites and Assets • Guide AEM Cloud Manager, Git, CI/CD, Dispatcher, CDN, content, and asset delivery practices • Define integration patterns using REST APIs, JSON, authentication mechanisms, webhooks, and event-driven services • Provide technical guidance for JavaScript, Java, Python, and other development technologies • Assess Adobe implementations and develop modernization and migration recommendations • Evaluate and prototype AI-enabled and agent-based Adobe capabilities • Define security and privacy guardrails, including IAM, RBAC, consent, credentials, secrets management, and data governance • Ensure release processes, monitoring, logging, alerting, incident response, support ownership, runbooks, and operational documentation • Troubleshoot complex Adobe platform and integration incidents with Adobe product teams and internal stakeholders • Contribute to operational readiness for business-critical Adobe Experience Cloud services requiring continuous availability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience • Significant experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital experience solutions, including architecture responsibilities across multiple Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities • Strong hands-on architecture experience with one or more of: Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service, Adobe Experience Platform / Real-Time CDP, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign • Strong understanding of digital experience architecture, including content management, customer data, analytics, personalization, and marketing technology • Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, identity services, event-driven integration patterns, and data pipelines • Knowledge of customer data architecture, including schemas, identity, profiles, audiences, data ingestion, activation, and measurement • Experience establishing architecture standards, governance frameworks, reference architectures, or reusable engineering patterns • Ability to evaluate architecture for scalability, resilience, performance, security, maintainability, and operational readiness • Ability to communicate complex technical decisions, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly to technical and business stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and influence decisions across cross-functional teams • Preferred: experience with AEM Cloud Manager, Dispatcher, CDNs, cloud-based AEM deployment practices, Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK, Adobe Experience Platform Tags, XDM, Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, containers, Kubernetes, OpenShift, identity and consent management, data governance, privacy-by-design, customer journey orchestration, personalization, experimentation, digital analytics, CDPs, large-scale enterprise transformation, Agile delivery, and production digital experience platforms
