📋 Description

• Installation, configuration and ongoing administration of DATEV software solutions • Support of the system and network environment surrounding DATEV • Monitoring and optimization of system performance — fault analysis and troubleshooting, including user management and customer support • Performing updates, upgrades and patch management • Optimizing existing DATEV solutions with the goal of standardization • Handling DATEV-specific support tickets via phone, remote access or on-site • Creating and maintaining documentation as well as operational and security concepts • Close collaboration with internal departments and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), a degree in IT or a comparable qualification • Practical experience administering DATEV systems and software • DATEV certifications are a plus • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking and virtualization (e.g. VMware) • Experience with cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure • Good understanding of database management (e.g. SQL) • Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style • Enjoyment of complex challenges and direct customer contact • Common sense — and you understand the importance of humor in everyday work • Enthusiasm for new technologies and a high degree of self-motivation • Valid driver's license (Class B) • Very good German language skills (minimum C1) and good English skills
