📋 Description

• Work closely with a sales representative in a defined territory • Support the sales organization on technical matters during pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales • Qualify sales leads from a technical standpoint • Serve as the main technical resource on sales calls • Answer and educate customers about features, specifications, functionality, and integration • Act as the lead technical contact for identified accounts on technical issues • Collaborate with technical support and engineering to answer, escalate, and resolve customer technical issues • Provide post-sales training to identified customers

🎯 Requirements

• Field sales experience • Experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer • Experience administering LAN/WAN/Internet services • Experience deploying and supporting wireless technologies and conducting site surveys • Solid understanding of wireless authentication technologies • Exceptional understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP • Knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, network security, intrusion detection, and antivirus technologies • Solid understanding of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, certificates, L2TP, IPsec, firewalls, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES • Experience with encryption and authentication technologies • CCIE and CISSP certifications • Bachelor's degree (listed in the structured job data)
