📋 Description

• Support the local sales team and customers with application, technical, and competitive information • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to field sales, distribution channels, and end users • Develop technical skills through training, self-learning, and liaison with factory-based technical support engineers • Provide sales support at shows, conferences, seminars, and roadshows • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations virtually and on-site • Develop online and classroom training programs • Use Fluke’s CRM (Microsoft Dynamics Software) to record customer communications and track opportunities • Assist the EMEA sales and marketing team with New Product Introductions • Work with the EMEA team and Sales Program Managers on regional marketing activities • Provide technical assistance to the Inside Sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Field Application Engineer • Strong proven technical product and application knowledge, preferably on Fluke Products or Industrial Test and Measurement products • Able to present and demonstrate measurement solutions to end users • Able to communicate and motivate via different media platforms • Understanding of sales and solutions-selling principles • Ability to build relationships with key customers based on technical knowledge • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment • High level of independence and ability to self-educate
