📋 Description

• Validate submitted partner information against company criteria • Ensure documentation is appropriate and complies with company policies and procedures • Update and analyze clients’ transactional bank information to validate its veracity • Learn and follow processes and guidelines to verify Month to Date Transactions (MTDs) • Collaborate with teammates to achieve and maintain established SLAs for the funding queue • Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Quality & Continuous Improvement, and other teams • Leave notes, recommendations, and relevant information for Underwriting, Sales, and Legal teams • Report to the Closing Manager • Represent and promote Forward’s culture

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate English fluency • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related fields • Strong attention to detail and professionalism • Proficiency with calculation sheets and email software • Ability to complete tasks in a fast and accurate manner • Analytical skills to process complicated data and draw insightful conclusions • Ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously
