📋 Description

• Inspect, authenticate, and validate KYB and KYC documentation • Evaluate new submissions and renewal applications against minimum criteria • Accept, hold, or decline deals based on submitted information • Liaise with Prequalification and Processing teams to resolve discrepancies and missing data • Monitor and balance the funding queue to meet SLAs • Maintain production volume and operational accuracy standards • Complete bi-weekly performance logs in Lattice and document operational metrics • Conduct review check-ins with the manager • Adhere to company policies, risk protocols, internal standards, and the Forward Compass values • Report to the Manager I, Pre-Decision and collaborate with People and Culture, operations teams, and Process Improvement positions

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree • Intermediate - to- proficient English Level • Detail oriented and team player • Must be legally authorized to work in the Dominican Republic • Must complete a background check including criminal, education, and employment history • At least two professional references required for an employment offer
