📋 Description

• Conduct daily internal process audits using standard sample sizes • Document audit findings in real time within internal control platforms • Maintain accurate reporting of reviewed submissions in Google's internal control systems • Coach process owners through continuous improvement cycles using feedback tools • Manage the internal documentation control unit and keep procedures current and organized • Partner with the QA Manager on strategic process improvement initiatives • Facilitate training, post-training, and cross-training sessions • Optimize training plans as operational processes evolve using AI and modern tools • Collaborate across departments to align quality standards with business objectives • Maintain a resilient, solution-oriented mindset during organizational growth and structural change • Initiate improvements and drive operational excellence • Report to the Quality Assurance Manager II and collaborate with Operations and Recruitment Training leaders
