📋 Description

• Build internal AI agents and automation used in production across our brands. • Turn manual, repetitive workflows into reliable agents, and own their quality, cost, and reliability. • Coach non-technical teams to work AI-native so the leverage compounds. • Help set the standards, stack, and practices the full-time AI team will run on.

🎯 Requirements

• You build with LLMs and agents in production today, not in demos. • You've shipped and owned real systems, including their reliability, cost, and quality. • You currently lead or mentor engineers somewhere strong. • You want frontier work and real ownership without quitting your job to get it. • Nice to have: Experience standing up AI tooling or an AI function inside a company. • A track record of leveling up non-technical teams on new tooling. • A strong academic record from a top university. • Work in or alongside mission-driven sectors (nonprofit, education, healthcare, associations).
