📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the Korean market, developing and executing strategic plans to grow the client base, revenue, and brand presence • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, affiliates, and stakeholders in Korea • Identify opportunities for market expansion, lead generation, local marketing channels, and strategic partnerships • Oversee onboarding and engagement of trading clients, affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing actionable insights to senior management • Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, customer support, and operations • Represent FP Markets in Thailand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in FX/CFD and online trading industry (preferably for Korean region) • 1+ years in a management or leadership role in sales, business development, or partner management • Fluent in Korean with good English proficiency • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
