📋 Description

• Actively guide participants toward integration into the labor market • Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions (application strategy, self-presentation, interviews, contract negotiation) • Activate participants: encourage attendance at coaching sessions and use of the application tracker/Career Journal • Monitoring, tools and process development, including maintenance and use of HubSpot • Derive concrete measures to increase the integration rate • Proactively improve the curriculum and the career support process

🎯 Requirements

• Confident in one-on-one and group coaching and in working with heterogeneous/diverse target groups • Strong practical experience in the application process: CV/LinkedIn, interview conduction, negotiation • Data- and KPI-oriented: manage outcomes through clear signals and targeted measures • Tool-proficient in HubSpot (and ideally Coda) with high learning agility for new tools and workflows • Excellent self-organization, reliability, and clear expectation management • Fluent German, good English • Desirable: experience in educational programs / education voucher context • Experience working in remote/hybrid teams or in recruiting/hiring-related roles
