📋 Description

• Enrich machine learning models to dynamically adjust rates across all markets • Improve fleet repositioning algorithms to maximize overall rental volume • Industrialize ML models from initial R&D through production monitoring • Design scalable data pipelines to power A/B testing and measure algorithm impact • Define precise KPIs and build reliable dashboards for real-time marketplace visibility • Influence product strategy and critical business decisions • Deploy algorithms into production to govern fleet operations • Solve complex marketplace dynamics across diverse international markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or equivalent) • 3+ years of hands-on data science experience solving real-world business challenges • Expert Python skills, writing production-level code • Experience with live production ML systems is a major plus • Strong SQL proficiency (Databricks or equivalent) • Experience with BI tools (Tableau or equivalent) • Strong statistical analysis skills • Fluency in English • Proven talent for explaining complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
